adds TripAdvisor reviews to website |
In a brave move, Thomson
Holidays has added an integrated service with TripAdvisor onto
their website.
Customers can now get the 'warts and all' reviews on over 2000
Thomson hotels and apartments which are taken directly from the
popular accommodation review site. They are hoping to have
the whole range by the end of 2008.
TripAdvisor is one of the biggest websites for holidaymakers
finding out detailed information on accommodation from UK
travellers. The reviews which can now be found on the
Thomson website are un-edited reviews which could be good,
average or bad.
Thomson's new media director Graham Donoghue said, "This
level of integration is a UK first. We know customers trust
other customers and with a partnership with the world’s second
most visited travel site renowned for its independence, this
adds real value to the Thomson website."
