Western
& Oriental buys Eclipse Conference Management

Western & Oriental has made its
second purchase in a few days, buying Eclipse Conference Management in a
deal costing up to £4.1million.
The acquisition follows Fridays
announcement of the purchase of Key2Holidays, a luxury online operator,
which will allow Western & Oriental to build its online platform.
Western & Oriental has been on the
acquisition trail since raising £14 million in a flotation last month
to fund its growth plans.
