Kuoni Buys CV Travel

KUONI has expanded its portfolio of
specialist operators with the acquisition of CV Travel.
The villa and ski chalet specialist had
a turnover of £14.7 million last year, and has been bought from owner
John Boyle, who also set up Direct Holidays and Zoom Airlines.
It largely sells direct but does have
some trade distribution through a small number of independent agents.
The parties have agreed not to divulge
the price of the sale.
