Chicago Travel Information

The Windy City is the jewel in America's Midwest crown, with mighty Lake Michigan the perfect foil for Chicago's glittering skyscapers.

Immortalised in song by Frank Sinatra, Chicago successfully combines past and present, from classical 19th century buildings to the high-tech Sears Tower.

Chicago is home to some of America's most spectacular architecture with Frank Lloyd Wright and Louis Sullivan amongst the architects that created the city.

Chicago offers a theatre district that is second only to New York's Broadway, a very wide selection of museums, superb shopping, a host of blues and jazz clubs and, unlike most major American cities, it also has its own beaches.

With a heart, soul and rhythm all of its own Chicago is certainly 'our kind of town'.
